Workplace Violence Policies

ResultReady’s Human Resources Workplace Violence online course addresses the hot-topic issue of violence in the workplace, or workplace bullying.

Workplace safety is of concern to everyone in every industry, whether managers or employees. Our online training course covers: the employees’ responsibility to report and combat workplace violence or even harassment at work, the managers’ responsibility to create workplace violence/employee bullying policies, and human resources and security staff’s responsibilities to respond to workplace violence reports and act on workplace violence/bullying policies.
